Polekhina I. Mechanisms for the development of corporate culture of public administration in Ukraine

Object of study: the phenomenon of corporate culture in the public administration system. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical foundations and the development of tools to improve the mechanisms for developing the corporate culture of public administration in Ukraine. Methods: systematization, analysis and synthesis, structural and functional, comparative and system analysis; system analytical. The results developed the theoretical foundations of the functioning of public administration mechanisms for the formation and development of the value component of the corporate culture of public administration. Novelty: a reasonably conceptual three-level model for the development of the corporate culture of public administration; the value-oriented approach to the modernization of public administration for the development of the corporate culture of public administration in the Ukrainian state has been improved by substantiating the value component of corporate culture; scientific understanding of the essence and structure of mechanisms for the development of corporate culture of public administration; received further development: a description of the main problems of the current state of development of the corporate culture of public administration in the Ukrainian state; the conceptual apparatus of the branch of science of public administration by clarifying the content of the concept “mechanism for the development of the corporate culture of public administration”; ways to improve the mechanisms for developing a corporate culture of public administration in Ukraine. Introduced into the activities: Kharkiv City Council, Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Kharkov Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. Scopes: state governing bodies, bodies of local authority and self-government, public organizations.
