Essay

A new technique of emergency ultrasound according to the FAST-protocol was developed and introduced into the diagnosis of abdominal combat injury at the II level of medical support, which led to a decrease in undiagnosed abdominal organs injuries during the initial examination in 9 (5,7 %) cases in the comparison group to 2 (1,4 %) cases in the main group. Based on the results of the study, we have scientifically substantiated the effectiveness of the method of removing foreign bodies under the control of ultrasound imaging for gunshot wounds. High efficiency of treatment of transdermal mini-invasive surgical interventions under ultrasound navigation during combat abdominal trauma and development of purulent-destructive complications has been proved. In 87 (90,6 %) cases, they turned out to be the ultimate volume of surgery, which made it possible to avoid highly traumatic traditional interventions and reduce the treatment period.
