Essay

On the basis of retrospective clarification of the role of papillomavirus infection of high carcinogenic risk in the development of cervical pathology in residents of Odessa region aged 18 to 25 years, prospective comprehensive analysis of cytological data in ectopia of the cylindrical epithelium of the cervix (ECСE) human papillomas of different carcinogenic risk with virus persistence for more than one year, determination of markers of apoptosis and proliferation of p53 and caspase-8 in lysates of cervical epithelial cells, detection of correlations of p53 and caspase-8 content in epithelial cell lysates and level of modified with cervical intraepitheli-al changes, determination of the spectrum of genotypes of human papilloma viruses and composition of opportunistic flora of vaginal microbiota of women with ECСE, detection of colposcopic and histological features of cervical epithelium and clarification of the role of immunohistochemical determination of Ki-67, p53 and p16INK4A in cervical and biopsy the method of management of patients with ECESM on the background of infection with human papilloma virus, which led to a decrease in the frequency of cervical biopsies and its surgical treatment by 5.56 times, to a higher frequency of squamous columnar metaplasia and squamous epithelialization on the ectocervix to the outer eye 24 months from the beginning of treatment in women with human papilloma virus of high carcinogenic risk by 3.56 times.
