Yefremova Serhiivna O. Small entrepreneurship competitiveness in the national economy

The dissertation is a comprehensive research of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and development of competitive SE in the national economy. The author, based on the existing theoretical approaches, considers the evolution of scientific views on the nature, place, role, priorities of the development of the SE by the stages of its historical formation. The specific entrepreneurial functions of the subjects of SE on the theories of entrepreneurship are revealed. The theoretical approaches of the founders of derivative theories in terms of concepts are revealed, as well as the value of these theories for the development of modern SE. A structural and functional matrix for assessing the competitiveness levels of the social and economic system of the SE has been developed. The criteria for the systematization of factors and sources of competitive ME advantage, the qualitative properties of the subjects of the MP have been improved. The epistemological aspects of the innovative development of MP have been developed. The impact of the business environment on the effectiveness of SEs in a globalized and digital economy is revealed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of researching the competitiveness of MP has been improved. The quantitative and qualitative aspects of the process of institutional environment of formation of competitive ME in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are revealed. It is proposed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the competitiveness of MEs to supplement the indicator of economic freedom by applying a multi-criteria assessment of the reinvestment index of released resources. The main factors and directions of development of a competitive ME in the national economy of Ukraine and the search for mechanisms for its enhancement in the system of business-power relations are analyzed. A structural and functional model of the mechanism of influence of public policy on the process of supporting and stimulating the development of SE is developed. Additional indicators for the development of SE in Ukraine by groups of indicators of current, organizational, investment and innovation activity are recommended. It is proposed to develop and stimulate innovative activity of SEs in Ukraine as the first priority measures for the development of state policy for supporting the subjects of venture SEs in Ukraine, construction of a stimulating tax system, continuation of the simplified taxation system. Alternatives to improve fiscal control of the supply chain in the territory of Ukraine are proposed by the SE subjects, taking into account European standards and facilitating access to trade facilitation information.
