Komar V. Concepts and types of bribery under the criminal law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is the first in the national science of criminal law a special complex study of bribery as a criminal law concept. The dissertation describes the process of formation and development of domestic rules on bribery. The comparative legal analysis of the norms of the Criminal Code on bribery with the corresponding norms of the criminal codes of certain foreign countries is carried out. The relationship between bribery and corruption has been clarified. The criteria of division of bribery into general criminal and corruption, as well as criteria of classification of general criminal and corruption bribe are revealed. The relation between the concepts of an official and an official has been clarified. Theoretically substantiated proposals for improvement of the current criminal legislation of Ukraine regarding criminal liability for bribery and actions related to it are formulated.
