Object – the process of change management in ensuring the development of industrial enterprises; goal – is to develop scientific and theoretical approaches and recommendations for a proactive approach to change management to ensure the development of the production enterprise; methods – abstract-logical and morphological, method of systematization, classification-analytical, abstraction and generalization, structural-logical analysis, economic-statistical analysis, generalization, open questionnaire, expert assessments, grouping and formalization, analog modeling; novelty – is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches and recommendations for proactive change management in ensuring the development of industrial enterprises; results – methodically completed recommendations for change management in ensuring the development of the production enterprise; implemented – Vinogradna Dolyna LLC was introduced (reference № 36/7 dated January 12, 2019); SE "Experimental farm" Tairovske "(reference № 23/4 from 17.04.2019); PJSC "Odesavinprom" (reference № 86 dated 05.09.2019); LLC VKP "Element" (reference № 12 from 10.09.2019); in the educational process of Odessa National Polytechnic University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the preparation of curricula and teaching materials in the disciplines: "Management of organizations", "Organizational development of the enterprise", "Change Management" (implementation act № 2929 / 05-06 from 20.11.2019 .).
