The dissertation is a complex scientific monographic study of the issues of prevention of the use of a minor child for begging in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological and legal principles of its research are analyzed. The historical, comparative legal analysis of the domestic and foreign law in the context of improving the protection of the will, honor and dignity of the child has been carried out. The social and legal nature of child begging is defined in the paper.
