Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical justification and solution of the actual and practical problem, which was to increase the effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with bronchial asthma in combination with coronary heart disease based on the study of clinical and laboratory parameters and functional state of cardiorespiratory system restorative treatment of this comorbid condition by introducing haloaerosol and magnetic laser therapy into medical complexes, as well as their combination with the NO donor with activation of ATP-dependent potassium channels and or inhibitor of if-channels of the sinus node. The features of clinical course, indicators of hemogram, lipid metabolism, functional state of cardiorespiratory system of patients with asthma in conjunction with coronary heart disease in a state of exacerbation and remission were established, on the basis of which new differentiated complexes of treatment were developed and substantiated. A total of 149 patients with asthma in combination with coronary heart disease were studied, who were divided into treatment complex (TC) as follows: TC-1 - included the basic drug complex, including inhibitor of if-channels of the sinus node, according to the Protocol and haloaerosol therapy; TC-2 - additionally prescribed magnetic laser therapy; TC-3 - basic drug therapy with with NO donor correction with activation of ATP-dependent potassium channels; TC-4 - in addition to TC-3, haloaerosol and magneticlaser therapy were added. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the immediate results of treatment showed the following: positive results in the appointment of TC-1 amounted to 68.41%; TC-2 - 85.07%; TC-3 - 87.86%; TC-4 - 91.13%; long-term results: TC-1 - 43,82%; TC-3 –53,84%; TC-2 - 83.32%; TC-4 - 90.48%. The duration of remission after consuming TC -1 and TC -3 did not exceed 6 months; TC -2 lasted up to 12 months, and TC -4 - 12-18 months. Repeated courses of therapy conducted over 6-12 months were effective. after the first treatment. Key words: bronchial asthma, ischemic heart disease, haloaerosol and magnetic-laser therapy, functional and laboratory diagnostics.
