Essay

The object of research is the process of formation and development of the potential of enterprises in the field of communications and informatization. The subject of research is the theoretical foundations, methodological provisions and practical approaches to the development of the intellectual potential of employees of communications companies. The purpose of the work is to improve the theoretical foundations and practical approaches to the formation, development and evaluation of the intellectual potential of employees of the communications company. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study consists of objective laws of economics, scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of economics in the field of communications and informatization, the conceptual provisions of socio-economic reform in Ukraine. Theoretical and practical results: improved - scientific and methodological approach to the formation of personnel reserves as a means of ensuring the development of intellectual potential of the enterprise staff; spectrum of dominants; the term "intellectual potential of employees of the enterprise"; a list of components of the intellectual potential of employees of the communications company; applied approach to calculating the quantitative value of the impact of changes in the level of development of intellectual potential on the financial results of the communications company; received further development: scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of development of intellectual potential of employees of the enterprise and the composition of indicators of this assessment; methodical approach to determining the adequacy of investment in the development of intellectual potential of employees; scientific bases of definition of strategic vectors of development of intellectual potential of employees of the enterprise and the applied approach to their definition is formed; list of signs of division of potential of the enterprise.
