Kramar O. Improving working efficiency of construction companies by a meliorating the personnel management system

Object of research: the process of personnel management in the context of the development of construction companies. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of construction enterprises on the basis of improving the personnel management system. Methods: system and structural analysis, multifactor regression analysis, cluster analysis, fuzzy set method. Novelty: for the first time on the basis of the method of fuzzy sets and the theory of fuzzy logic the model of influence of administrative competences on results of activity of the construction enterprises is developed that gives the chance to calculate levels of the forecasted values; the personnel management system of construction enterprises, which, in contrast to the existing ones, provides for the balanced functioning of all its elements under the influence of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, the concept of forming strategic priorities for construction personnel development on an innovative basis have been improved. Scope of use: in the current and analytical work of the Ternopil Regional State Administration in using scientific provisions to identify obstacles to effective staffing in construction and justification of priority areas of personnel management in the construction sector in terms of European integration, in the research work of Research Institute of the Lviv University of Business and Law for research of problems of enterprise development in the conditions of European integration, in economic activity of enterprises DMI GROUP Spolka Z O.O., LLC "New cutting technologies", LLC "Lviv dream", in the educational process of Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching of disciplines "Economic Analysis", "Business planning", "Personnel management".
