Essay

It was established that upon admission to the hospital in all patients with urgent abdominal pathology there was hypoosmolar dehydration of the second degree, which led to stress stress compensatory functions of hemodynamics. All children were diagnosed with hyponatremia, decreased urinary sodium excretion and metabolic acidosis due to accumulation of lactate and underoxidized ketones (p <0.05). The use of a balanced electrolyte solution resulted in a faster correction of hemodynamic parameters, water sectors and water-electrolyte metabolism, acid-base state compared to Ringer's lactate solution and glucose-saline solution as recommended by Holliday & Segar. Balanced Ringer's malate saline (Na + -145 mmol / l) is optimal in children of different ages for infusion therapy of the perioperative period. Its use has reduced the length of stay of children in the ICU by 1 bed / day, and in the hospital - by 10.7%.
