The thesis is devoted to the investigation of issues of the implementation of international criminal law norms on military offences into the national criminal legislation of Ukraine. The main part of work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter «Theoretical basis for the implementation of international criminal law norms on military offences into Criminal Code of Ukraine», the author investigates the state of scientific development of this issue; the concept and content of the implementation of the norms of international criminal law into the national legislation; the concept of military offences.
