Hrynchyshyn S. Mechanisms for the implementation of youth policy in the conditions of globalization

In the dissertation the actual scientific task is solved, which consists in theoretical and methodological substantiation of the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of the state youth policy in the conditions of globalization and decentralization, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the activity of the authorities in this area. The results obtained in the course of the research confirm the achievement of the set goal and the decision of tasks, give grounds to formulate the following conclusions and practical recommendations. The terminology research unit has been improved and the concept of “youth policy” has been defined, namely, youth policy should be understood as a comprehensive direction of development of theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical, ideological principles for the implementation of state programs aimed at integrating young people into the process of state formation, involving their intellectual and creative potential in the process of this activity. The approach to identification of the priority principles of youth policy is improved, among which one should highlight: protection of the rights of the younger generation; providing propaganda as a way to communicate the need to lead a healthy lifestyle; sports and physical development of the young population; the spirit of patriotism among youth; equal opportunities for their implementation, which is achieved by a young person; harmonization of measures of a complex interagency nature regarding the solution of the main problematic issues and needs of young citizens; involving young people in decision-making processes; Providing international cooperation in a field such as youth policy.
