Burbii A. Criminal and law protection of the electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens.

The research focuses on the peculiarities of criminal and legal protection of the electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens. The theoretical generalization is carried out in the thesis and proposed a new solution to the problem of the criminal law protection of the electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine. This work consists of three sections. On the basis of methodological diversity, the definition of the concept of criminal offences against suffrage within the general concept of criminal offences in criminal law is formulated. The thesis considers general issues of the history of responsibility for these criminal offences.
