Baibak O. Limitations in the legal status of judges: theoretical and legal aspects

In the dissertation research features of formation of the corpus of limitations of a legal status of a judge in domestic jurisprudence of pre-Soviet period are comprehensively considered. The problems of limitations on the legal status of judges in Soviet jurisprudence are studied. The modern Ukrainian and foreign scientific and theoretical approaches to understanding the limitations as an element of the legal status of a judge are comprehensively characterized. Ukrainian experience of normative regulation of limitations on the legal status of a judge is analyzed. Foreign practices of normative mediation of limitations on the legal status of a judge are demonstrated. On this basis their specificity is revealed. The classification characteristic of limitations of a legal position of the judge is developed.
