Yasynovska O. Legal status of state economic unions

The thesis is focused on the development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations to improve legal status of state economic unions. The concept of the state economic union has been analyzed and proposals for its improvement have been developed. Organizational and legal forms of state economic unions: association, corporation, concern have been considered, and promising directions to improve their contents have been proposed. The legal status of state economic associations in court in cases of protecting the rights and interests of the state by the prosecutor in their person is determined. The boundaries of economic and legal liabilities of state economic unions and member enterprises have been specified. The established features of the formation of the property of state economic associations at the expense of property contributions. The proposal to fix additional criteria for determining the efficiency of management of a state economic union in the legislation has been substantiated.
