Zaichko I. Budget policy in the system of financial security

The thesis provides a comprehensive scientific study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and implementation of budget policy in the system of financial security, as well as practical recommendations for improving the state budget policy to guarantee financial security are developed. Theoretical bases of formation and development of budgetary policy and economic nature of financial security of the state are investigated. Methodological approaches to the study of the impact of budget policy on the financial security of Ukraine are studied. Methodological toolkit and indicators for assessing the budget component of financial security are proposed. The condition of the state financial security in the context of budget policy is assessed. It investigates the influence of budget policy on the condition of state financial security. The scientific approach to modelling the level of financial security of Ukraine taking into account the impact of budget policy is substantiated. The tendencies of developing strategic guidelines of budget policy in the context of financial security are revealed, the forecasting of level dynamics of financial security of Ukraine by the results of realization of strategic guidelines of budget policy is carried out.
