Maslovskyi S. Powers of the court of first instance in economic legal proceedings

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations on the powers of the court of first instance in the economic legal proceedings. The paper describes the main approaches to determining the essence of the case by the court of first instance in economic legal proceedings. The notion of jurisdiction, conditions and limits of exercising the powers of the court of first instance has been refined. The types of powers of the court of first instance are analyzed and their classification in economic legal proceedings is carried out. The peculiarities of the exercise of the powers of the court of first instance in the forms of economic legal proceedings are clarified as follows: general claim proceedings, simplified claim proceedings, injunction proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings. The aspect of the place of the court of first instance in the proceedings of foreign countries is investigated, the peculiarities of the powers of the court of first instance in the Anglo-Saxon and Romano-Germanic legal systems are revealed
