Shopina Y. Criminal liability of a medical or pharmaceutical worker for an offense connected with performance of professional duties

The thesis is a comprehensive scientific monographic study of criminal liability of a health care or pharmaceutical worker for an offense connected with performance of professional duties. The theoretical, methodological and legal foundations of the investigation of offences set forth in Art. 131, 132, 134, 138–145 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries in the context of criminal liability of a medical or pharmaceutical worker for a crime connected with performance of professional duties. The main and additional mandatory targets of these offenses, if any, have been identified, their objective and subjective features have been characterized.
