The dissertation is devoted to proving the signs of organization of a criminal group in a pre – trial investigation. The signs of an organized criminal group as elements of criminal procedural evidence are considered, their typical trace picture is developed. The peculiarities of tactics of conducting separate investigative (search) actions are revealed and the efficiency of covert investigative (search) actions in proceedings of this category is established, the structure of standard tactical operations "Controlled counteraction to investigation" and "Material resources of criminal group" is offered. Deficiencies in the legal regulation of the plea agreement have been identified. The forensic definition of the plea agreement in the form of a cooperation agreement is formulated, tactical recommendations on its practical application in the investigation of crimes of organized criminal groups are given.
