The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of treatment of 160 patients with myocardial infarction by predicting the occurrence of decompensated heart failure in the early and late postinfarction period and developing a method of treatment of such patients. The advantages of complex application of succinic acid and arginine preparations on the background of standard therapy for 2 months have been proved. Practical recommendations on the prognosis of the course and determination of the algorithm for the treatment of decompensated heart failure in patients with myocardial infarction are formulated, the effectiveness of treatment and the importance of preventing complications are given.
