It was found that the clinical picture of depressive disorders in the examined patients is anxious (28.1 ± 1.3% of patients with lung and bronchial cancer, 24.5 ± 1.2% with cancer of the esophagus, stomach and pancreas, 24.6 ± 1,2% with cancer of the oral cavity and pharynx and 22.8 ± 1.3% of patients with breast and genital cancer), emotionally labile (22.4 ± 1.2%, 28.2 ± 1.3%, 26.1 ± 1.3% and 23.3 ± 1.2% of patients, respectively), asthenic (22.9 ± 1.2% of patients with lung and bronchial cancer, 21.2 ± 1.2% with cancer of the esophagus, stomach and pancreas, 30.5 ± 1.3% with cancer of the oral cavity and pharynx and 19.4 ± 1.1% of patients with cancer of the breast and genitals) and apathetic (21.2 ± 1.2%, 24.7 ± 1.3%, 22.1 ± 1.2%, 32.1 ± 1.4%) variants of psychopathological symptoms. Patients with anxiety and emotionally labile variants of depression have a high level of suicidal risk.
