Essay

Object of research: human rights state policy. Purpose: scientific and theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of human rights state policy of Ukraine. Methods: historical; logical analysis; comparative analysis; formalization and description; induction and simulation; analogy and synthesis. Results: the specific scientific task of scientific and theoretical substantiation and the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of the human rights state policy of Ukraine was foregrounded. Novelty: identified innovative tools for the implementation of domestic mechanisms of human rights state policy; the substantiation of the priorities for the development of legal and organizational mechanisms of the human rights state policy of Ukraine has been improved; an integrated approach to the cross-functional formation of mechanisms for the human rights state policy of Ukraine; determination of the state of formation and functioning of the legal and organizational mechanisms of the human rights state policy of Ukraine; were further developed: the content of the human rights state policy is noted by the duality and cross-functionalism of its mechanisms and requires the application of the provisions of institutionalism; determining the structure of the legal and organizational mechanisms of human rights state policy using a systematic approach; generalization of foreign practices of functioning of mechanisms of human rights state policy. Introduced into activity: Sumy regional state administration, Kotlyarovskoe village council of Kharkiv district of Kharkiv region, National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine. Fields of application: state administration bodies, local authorities and self-government bodies, public organizations.
