Shumilin T. Reduction of technology losses of oil at trade collecting and preparation (on the example of Peredkarpattya fields)

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the issues of reducing oil losses in the Carpathian fields. The well-known methods and means of reducing technological oil losses are characterized and their disadvantages are presented. Field and laboratory studies were carried out to determine potential oil losses in the fields. It is proposed to apply the action of a wave field with given characteristics to oil emulsions. Dependences of effective degassing, stabilization and demulsification of oils on the characteristics of the wave field have been established. It is proposed to use the crude oil evaporation index for oils from the Carpathian fields. The technology of oil stabilization and demulsification has been improved, recommendations have been developed regarding its use. A device for stabilizing oils and methods for stabilizing, treating and demulsifying oil using the action of a wave field have been developed. The proposed technology for reducing oil losses using the action of a wave field has been tested.
