The dissertation work is devoted to modelling of structures and purposeful synthesis of new BAS of potential selective COX-2 inhibitors on the basis of 4-amino-3-thio-5-R-4H-1,2,4-triazoles and di- and tetraaminocalyx[4]arenes; research of their reactivity, physicochemical and anti-inflammatory properties, search among them the most perspective compounds with an anti-inflammatory action; identification of patterns of relationship between the chemical structure and anti-inflammatory (antiexudative and analgesic) action for these series of compounds; identification of the most promising areas of design of new compounds with anti-inflammatory action
