Malko K. Foreign capital in the post-transformation economy

The dissertation is devoted to deepening theoretical and methodological bases of research of reproduction and movement of foreign capital and substantiation of its possibilities and restrictions in development of posttransformation national economy. Here you can find the systematized theoretical propositions about the sense of social functions and features that reflect the generic unity of different forms of capital. Also the analytical tools of the research on the patterns of movement and reproduction of capital in the economy and the main trends in the evolution of the capital structure have been formed. It was justified the hypothesis that a critical determinant of the socio-economic impact of attracting foreign capital for the national economy is the relationship between physical and human capital in the process of capital investment.
