Sampara N. Subsidiary obligations under the civil legislation of Ukraine

The thesis carried out complex scientific research of subsidiary obligation issues in Ukraine civil law, based on analysis legal acts in the field of regulation of subsidiary obligations, and rethinking the theoretical achievements of legal doctrine and law enforcement. In the dissertation research a significant place is given to law enforcement practice, identification of problems of legal regulation and ways to solve them, analysis of promising legislation in this area. The result was the development of scientifically grounded proposals of a theoretical nature, as well as practical, aimed, in particular, at eliminating the shortcomings of law enforcement and improving the current legislation of Ukraine, which have signs of scientific novelty.
