Essay

The object of study - the management of grain transportation by rail. The study was conducted using the methods of mathematical statistics, probability theory, the method of dynamics of means, hybrid Petri nets, decision theory and fuzzy logic methods. As a result of the research the scientific task on the organization, management and planning of transportations of grain cargoes by the railway transport by creation of flexible technology of formation of a step route is solved. The scope of the survey results may be the dispatching departments of all regional branches of the Ukrainian Railways.
