Mamunchak O. Improvement of instrumental methods of diagnostics and surgical treatment of patients with varicose disease of the lower extremities

The results of treatment of 132 patients with VDLE class C2-C6 according to CEAP classification were analyzed, treatment took place on the basis of the department of surgery and minimally invasive technologies of the State Institution «Zaporizhzhya Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine» and LLC «Lekar» for the period from 2010 to 2017 years. A new combined method for diagnosing incompetent veins of the lower leg in patients with VDLE was introduced, which established the presence of perforating "re-entry" veins in 83.3 % of patients, which made it possible to develop a clinical protocol for graphical representation and description of the functional state of varicose veins.
