Essay

The work is devoted to improve the effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of persistent stress in order to prevent obstetric and perinatal complications. Some clinical and pathogenetic mechanisms of development of pregnancy complications, associated with imbalance in psycho-emotional state, micronutrient status disturbance and hormonal homeostasis, are outlined. The relationship between psychoemotional state and magnesium concentration, total calcium concentration and total magnesium deficiency was determined, and the correlation between ionized magnesium deficiency and relative hypoprogesteroneemia was determined. P athogenetic mechanisms, which are inherent to the persistent stress, are implemented against the background of the violation of production of stress-releasing hormones, which causes miscarriage and prematurity, development of placental dysfunction and delayed fetal growth. Complex and pathogenetically grounded therapy has been developed and implemented, which allows to eliminate changes in psycho-emotional state, provides recovery of disorders of hormonal homeostasis and micronutrient status, promotes prolongation of pregnancy to the term in which the birth of a viable baby is possible.
