Mykuliak P. The self-control of a primary court jurisdiction in civil process.

In the thesis work was made a theoretic and applied research of a legal nature of self-control of a court of primary jurisdiction. For the first time ever was made a research of the formation and evolution of an institute of self-control of a court of primary jurisdiction in Ukraine. The author systematized current scientific outlooks of self-control of a court of primary jurisdiction and was performed their critical analysis. It is argued, that self-control of a court of primary jurisdiction is as an exclusive function, that displays in the possibility of a court of primary jurisdiction to correlate personal procedural behavior and acts issued by it. The indications of self-control of a court of primary jurisdiction were systemized and characterized. It was made the classification of self-control powers of a court of primary jurisdiction: according to the time of their implementation; according to the subject of initialization; according to the grounds for application; according to the form of fixation; according to the composition of a court, that applies the self-control powers; according to the character of powers. The self-control powers of a court of primary jurisdiction, that are implemented during a judicial examination of civil case and after an announcement of final judicial decision, are grouped and made their analysis in accordance with legislation in force.
