Kalinichuk N. Formation of wages at the enterprise in the context of improving living standards

Object is the process of forming wages at the enterprises based on consumer behavior of their employees. The purpose is development of theoretical and methodological principles and providing practical recommendations for the formation of wages at the enterprise as a tool to improve the living standards of employees. Methods are general scientific and specific scientific methods: historical and logical; generalization, dialectical logic; system-structural; complex analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis; economic and mathematical; sociological survey. The results are realized through the implemented by improving of the theory and practice of wage formation at the enterprise in the part of improving the living standards of employees, which will meet the rational needs and increase consumption. The novelty lies in the deepening of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations aimed at improving approaches to the formation of wages in the enterprise in the context of raising living standards. Introduced in to the activity of LLC «Buchatsʹkyy syrzavod»; PP «Terebovlyansʹkyy molokozavod»; JSC «Ternopilʹsʹkyy molokozavod»; Ternopil City Council Strategic Development Department; Department of Economic Development and Trade of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of enterprises of dairy industry.
