At the beginning of the third millennium, Ukraine, its citizens, and the army found themselves embroiled in an armed conflict on the territory of their own state, characterized by hybrid warfare and involving open fighting of varying intensity. Purpose: To reduce lethality at the stages of medical evacuation of victims of modern combat operations by creating and implementing an adequate and effective system of clinical, organizational and medical-technological measures at the stages of medical evacuation. Clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the victims of modern combat operations indicated that most of the modern combat operations are affected by persons of young working age from 20 to 60 years. The clinical and nosological characteristics of the victims of modern combat operations indicated that at the stage of qualified medical care the victims with concussion (39.6%), neck injuries (16.7%), non-penetrating chest wounds (35.1%) concentrate. non-penetrating abdominal wounds (34.4%), forearm wounds (26.8%) and knee joint injuries (9.5%), at the stage of specialized medical care the victims with facial skull injuries (40.0%), hemopneumothorax (23) concentrate , 1%), liver injuries (13,1%), shoulder (27,0%) of the shin (4 1,0%), during the stage of highly specialized medical care, the victims with brain slaughter (17,4%), penetrating wounds of the chest (19,2%), penetrating wounds of the abdomen (25,0%), clavicles (6,8) %), thighs (34.9%). Developed and implemented a system of medical care at the basic stage of providing medical assistance to victims of modern combat operations has improved the results of treatment and reduced mortality by 9.2% and increased survival by 12.0%. Developed and implemented system of providing medical assistance in the first stage of providing medical assistance to the victims of modern warfare allowed to improve the results of treatment, reduced mortality by 8.5% and improved survival by 10.7%. The developed and implemented system of providing medical assistance in the second stage of providing medical assistance to the victims of modern warfare allowed to improve the results of treatment allowed to reduce the mortality by 8.0% and increase the survival by 11.1%. The developed and implemented system of providing medical assistance in the third stage of providing medical assistance to the victims of modern warfare allowed to improve the results of treatment allowed to reduce the mortality rate by 7.7% and increase the survival rate by 9.8%.
