Kazarian O. Financial regulation of the banking sector of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and practical task of improving the mechanism of financial regulation of the banking system of Ukraine. Theoretical bases for disclosure of essential characteristics of financial regulation of the banking system are analyzed. Scientific approaches that reveal the understanding and essence of the initial provisions of the mechanism of financial regulation of the banking system and its implementation are identified. The necessary functions and principles of financial regulation of the banking system in the main areas have been identified. The foreign experience of financial regulation of the banking system and possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine are systematized. The current state of functioning of the banking system of Ukraine and directions of its anti-crisis regulation are assessed.
