Essay

The structural-functional components of the model of professional-psychological culture (value-semantic, reflexive-regulatory, emotional and communicative) are theoretically substantiated and empirically tested. The relationships and interdependencies between all components of the professional and psychological culture of a social worker and their indicators are empirically studied and characterized. A training program for the development and correction of professional and psychological culture of future social workers has been developed and its effectiveness has been tested.
