Essay

The dissertation work presents the results of studies in pancreatic pseudocysts. Based on the data of a retrospective analysis, the most common causes of unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment of patients with pancreatic pseudocyst were established. The study of the most informative non-invasive markers of the formation of the wall of the pseudocyst of pancreas was carried out, on the basis of which a diagnostic algorithm was developed. New methods of minimally invasive surgical treatment of pseudocyst of pancreas have been developed, depending on the formation of its wall, and their advantage has been proven.
