Essay

In the dissertation work the clinical characteristic, features of the course of SAH, results of neurological scales and structure of complications in patients with SAH of non - traumatic genesis are investigated. The relationship between the severity of metabolic disorders of the neuroendocrine biomarker kopeptin and hyponatremia in patients with SAH of varying severity was evaluated. An adaptive mathematical equation for calculating the personal probability of complications during the next 14 days of the disease was constructed by the method of logistic regression, the accuracy of predicting the a priori risk was established depending on the combination of the initial clinical factors of the constructed model.
