The specific features of instrumental measurements that influence the choice of organizational and technological solutions are revealed, the method of study of labor costs in the implementation of measuring works in the technological process of erection of monolithic frame buildings is developed, which can be used to create an information and mathematical model of technological process of measurement by taking into account organizational and technological factors. The possibility of applying the method of trace element normalization of labor processes for the calculation of technical and economic indicators of the performance of measuring works in the construction of monolithic frame buildings has been confirmed. The technological factors influencing the indicators of efficiency of measuring works are systematized; the parameters of organizational and technological decisions are investigated depending on the influence of the investigated factors; mathematical models and algorithms for optimization of organizational and technological solutions of measuring works in the construction of monolithic frame buildings have been developed; methods of substantiation of labor costs and duration of measuring works at the construction stage are developed. Methods and means of measurements in the structure of measuring and basic works on construction of monolithic frame buildings have been defined and systematized. The parameters of the influence of technological factors on the technical and economic parameters of the measurement works as part of the technological process of erection of monolithic frame buildings have been investigated. A rational algorithm and models for the selection of effective methods of technology and organization of measuring works in the construction of monolithic frame buildings based on the justification of labor costs and duration of instrumental measurements at the construction stage. Scientifically substantiated and practically implemented methodological solutions for the design and application of an effective system of measuring works to reduce the construction time of monolithic frame buildings.
