Object: professional training of future economic profile engineers-teachers; target – theoretically substantiate, work out and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the structural and functional model of formation the readiness of future economic profile engineers-teachers to professional activity; methods: analysis (systemic, problem and target, normative and comparative, content-analysis), generation and systematization, modeling, diagnostics (questioning, testing, analysis of products of applicants for higher education’s activity and others), pedagogical experiment, statistic methods; novelty: there have been theoretically substantiated, worked out and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the structural and functional model of formation the readiness of future economic profile engineers-teachers to professional activity, that consists of target, methodological, content and procedural, estimated and efficient blocks, that is implemented thanks to creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions (focus the target and tasks of the educational process on formation the ability of future economic profile engineers-teachers to make decisions in the professional activity; systemic using of multilevel specialized tasks and practical problems of professional (professional and technical) education and economic field in the cycle of disciplines of professional and practical training; using forms, methods and means of creative interaction of the participants of the educational process; organization of psychological and pedagogical support of future economic profile engineers-teachers in achieving results, the result of which is formed readiness of future economic profile engineers-teachers to professional activity; there have been defined the notion “formation the readiness of future economic profile engineers-teachers to professional activity”; there have been clarified the notion “readiness of future economic profile engineers-teachers to professional activity”; there have been improved the content of the professional training of future economic profile engineers-teachers thanks to renewal the practically oriented part of disciplines of the cycle of professional and practical training; scientific ideas as for professional training of future economic profile engineers-teachers on the basis of systemic, synergetic, competence, integrative, task and creative approaches have got further development.
