Essay

Object of research - damaged blades of the gas turbine engine, as well as the process of formation of detonation-gas coatings taking into account the condition of the surface layer after preparation for spraying and installation work with fixing, fixing and checking the geometric parameters of the tract; the purpose of the study - the development and creation of technology for the restoration and repair of aircraft engine parts that increase the life cycle of the engine; research methods - research is based on general equations of mechanics of continuous media, which take into account the contribution of kinetic energy, the theory of mathematical statistics and the equation of thermal conductivity; the reliability of the obtained results is confirmed by experimental studies and correlates with the obtained results of other developers; researches were carried out in three stages: definition of power parameters of a stream, definition of adhesive and cohesive durability of coverings, installation of the repaired blades with control of parameters; results - modernization of the gas detonation device was carried out where a vortex dispenser was developed, which allows to increase the accuracy of powder dosing and a gas supply system based on solenoid valves was developed, which allows to use different energy carriers; the system of automated control of the detonation device is developed; developed manufactured and brought to the introduction of equipment, which allows you to solder worn blades and after their restoration; the complex technology of drawing coverings from materials Al2O3, ZrO2, VN-20, KHN-15 with the recommended modes and the soldering of blades in semirings of directing devices is developed; degree of implementation - the results are implemented at PJSC "Motor Sich", Zaporozhye, in the educational process of the Department of Technology of aircraft engines of the National Aerospace University M. E. Zhukovsky "Kharkiv Aviation Institute"; field of use - restoration and repair of parts in aviation and general mechanical engineering.
