Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and technical problem of providing quality indicators for sheet products manufactured using pneumatic impact stamping (PIS) processes, namely dimensional accuracy and roughness. Simultaneously with this task, the tasks of reducing the complexity of manufacturing products and metal consumption of equipment, reducing the time and resources spent on the technological preparation of production are being solved. The solution to these problems is ensured by determining the rational design and technological parameters of the processes, as well as the modernization of equipment for use in multi-nomenclature production with discrete-unstable product release programs. The production experience and scientific sources of information on ensuring the quality of products obtained during the separation and forming operations of sheet-stamping are analyzed. New schemes of technological operations and recommendations for the modernization of pneumatic impact equipment and stamping equipment are proposed. The main factors affecting the accuracy of products obtained during separation and shaping operations are established, their classification is developed depending on the nature and degree of influence on the process of pneumatic impact stamping. As a result of the analytical processing of the experimental studies, functional dependencies are obtained that describe the influence of the structural and technological parameters of processes and equipment on the accuracy characteristics of parts obtained by pneumatic impact stamping. The developed practical recommendations for the design of technological processes and tooling for PIS punching, cutting and drawing operations have been introduced into production at two enterprises of the machine-building industry.
