Tsepkolenko A. Application of autologous fibroblasts in correction the involution-dystrophic skin changes

The thesis is devoted to clinical, instrumental and immunological studies of facial involution skin changes in female patients of different ages with the development of clinical method of their correction called neofibrolifting using autologous fibroblasts transplantation into the pretreated with platelet-rich plasma skin.Therefore the developed method of neofibrolifting effectively corrects involution- dystrophic facial skin changes based on the enhancement of autofibroblasts transplantation by means of preconditioning the sites of platelet-rich plasma cells injection, thus allowing to improve the immediate clinical results and obtain stable long- term effect. The possibility and features of monitoring the treatment process using instrumental and immunological methods of skin research are outlined. The introduction of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches used in this research into the clinical practice will help to increase the clinical effectiveness of antiaging therapy of age-related skin changes.
