Qualifying scientific research is devoted to the problems of the formation of the organizational culture of navigators in the process of studying technical disciplines in the system of continuing education. In the course of the research, a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of the organizational culture of navigators is presented; conceptual approaches and principles to its formation are outlined; the features of the activity of navigators, its essence and content are revealed, the structural components of the organizational culture are determined; disclosed the specifics of the training of navigators in the system of continuing education; the content of the main terminological concepts of the study is clarified and the author's definition of the organizational culture of the navigator is presented.
In the course of the study, the phenomenon of the navigator's organizational culture is clarified which is formed in the process of studying technical disciplines in the system of continuing education and is defined as the integrative quality of a specialist's personality, a set of his internal properties, social values, norms, rules, traditions and customs; the organizational culture of the navigator is considered as an effective self-organization, professional self-esteem, the ability to self-regulation and stress resistance, as well as a feature of social behaviour and professional interaction.
In this regard, the process of shaping the organizational culture of navigators is defined as a multidimensional and multifaceted phenomenon of the formation of personal value attitudes, which are expressed in certain indicators - established norms, learned rules, organizational standards and team relationships, which requires a complex of social and psychological measures.
The following research takes into consideration the educational and methodological tools for the formation of the organizational culture of navigators. A step-by-step methodology for the formation of the organizational culture of navigators in the process of studying technical disciplines has been designed and substantiated. Its experimental and experimental testing was carried out by introducing into the educational process the electronic educational and methodological complex "Technologies for the formation of the organizational culture of navigators", containing: a curriculum, methodological recommendations for conducting lectures and a laboratory workshop, complexes of tasks, tests, tables, graphs, diagrams, etc. like that. This made it possible to independently, consciously and rationally organize individual creative work to form the organizational culture of navigators.
The results of the experimental work showed the effectiveness of the designed technique which is confirmed by the obtained statistical data, in particular, in the experimental groups there is an increase in the level of organizational culture formation by 20.6%, and in the control groups - by 3.3%, which corresponds to a research error of 5%.
