Essay

Processes of public management of prevention, resolution and transformation of social conflicts. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the processes of formation of mechanisms for prevention of social conflicts in the system of public management of national security. Methods: structural-functional, anthropological, comparative. Practical recommendations for improving mechanisms for preventing social conflicts based on ensuring the implementation of human rights and the introduction of the latest innovative model "Quadruple Helix" have been developed. The results are implemented in the practice of public administration.
