The paper for the first time proposes a conceptual hierarchical-matrix model of implementation of information and communication technologies in the processes of communication business process management at industrial enterprises. The model allows to systematically take into account: 1) external and internal determinants of transformation of communication business processes, the mechanism of their subject-object interdependence, 2) convergence of principles on which the concepts of "Industry 4.0" and "SMART" are based, which causes transformational changes in the internal architecture of business processes at an industrial enterprise; 3) directions of adjustment of the mission, goals, strategies and internal architecture of business processes of industrial enterprises; tools for making management decisions on digitalization of communication business processes, its functional areas and the logic of formalizing the model of integration of information and communication technologies into communication business processes; 4) the mechanism of convergence of these components and their structural subject-object relationships. The application of the conceptual hierarchical-matrix model makes it possible to substantiate the systemic transformations in the industrial enterprise and the directions of structural management changes on the basis of decision-making tools for digitization of communication business processes, to integrate information and communication technologies into communication business processes. new information processing technologies, smart systems, software development, new communication technologies, automation of production processes, outsourcing of information and communication processes, etc.), develop and optimize your own model of digitalization of communication business processes. The paper improves the scientific and methodological approach to substantiation of decisions on digital transformation of communication business processes in industrial enterprises, which differs from the existing ones: 1) clear formalization of criteria (to which, in addition to economic, added indicators of business process automation, quantity and degree their differences, the possibility of combining into a single system), 2) justification of the mechanism for implementing the information and communication project (taking into account the main and auxiliary blocks of the system, the order and type of their transformation, prospects for business development, expansion and modification of communication business processes with contractors); 3) evaluation of economic efficiency of information and communication project implementation on the basis of modernized labor approach (comparative evaluation of labor costs not only of the customer but also of the executor, which minimizes time at each stage of project implementation for all participants). The paper improves the organizational and economic principles of management of communication business processes of industrial enterprises on the basis of automation of budgeting processes, which, unlike existing ones, are based on a system combination of software products BAS ERP and Bitrix24 and provide formalization of document flow, data analysis and organization of industrial enterprises. data synchronization in the process of information exchange between stakeholders. Theoretical and methodological approach to the optimization of communication business processes, aimed at determining the means of economic and mathematical modeling of the optimal level of costs for communication business processes, which achieves the shortest time of their implementation and the most productive employment of performers with a three-tier system of restrictions. time, costs of communication processes and staff qualifications). The structural and logical essence of modeling business processes of an economic entity is developed by: 1) expanding the system of classification features of business models of industrial enterprise functioning by the criteria of innovation, added consumer value and organization; 2) clarification of key requirements for digitalization of communication business processes (security, minimization of external influence on the quality of communication business processes, infrastructural support of complex interaction of participants of communication business processes, exclusivity of organizational, communication and technological solutions); 3) modification of the model of O. Osterwalder and I. Pinier by adding a new block "Technology" (which includes software (specialized software products) and technological updates (introduction of the latest information and communication technologies)) and clarifying the content of other blocks taking into account the specifics of digitization business.
