Essay

The dissertation proposes theoretically grounded and experimentally tested methodical system of teaching future foreign literature teachers to analyze the epic works at school. The system is based on philosophical views on the role of dialogue, the importance of intellect, feelings and experience, the dominance of rational or sensual, unity of knowledge and practical activity; psychological and pedagogical facts on the importance of intellectual operations in the literary development of the individual; the concepts of literary critics about analysis as an important stage in working with the text of an epic work; methodical experience of the problem raised in the practice of professional training of a future foreign literature teacher. The importance and efficiency of the proposed methodology have been experimentally proved, which significantly improves the efficiency of teaching and the productivity of methodological training of future scholars of language in higher pedagogical educational institutions.
