The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and practical task, which is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and improve the process of forming mechanisms of public administration in the field of interstate regional cooperation of Ukraine in terms of decentralization and integration. In the course of the research, theoretical, practical and organizational issues of formation of mechanisms of public administration and regulation at the regional and subregional levels are analyzed, scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of such mechanisms are systematized.
