The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving reproductive health and reducing the proportion of menstrual dysfunction on the background of goiter endemicity by optimizing the diagnostic algorithm, step-by-step therapy and a differentiated program of preventive measures. The state of hypothalamic-pituitary and thyroid function, psycho-emotional features of the body and individual parts of metabolic homeostasis was studied, the diagnostic algorithm was modified and a personalized approach to the treatment and prevention program at different ages of puberty was introduced.
