Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and empirical definition of the influence of the state of Internet dependence on the psychological peculiarities of self-actualization of persons of adolescence. The urgency of the study of the process of self-actualization of the individual in the conditions of the modern transformed society is due to the need for effective adaptation to changes in the social environment, and - the need of society in the most complete actualization and disclosure of the creative potential of citizens. Due to the process of individual self-actualization, the inclusion of a single person into social relations is taking place. Considering the informatization of society, the question becomes about the influence on the self-actualization of the personality of the virtual environment. Based on the received data, the program developed a program for psychological support of self-actualization of youth by developing its competence in using Internet resources. The content and structure of the program, the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the program of support for Internet addicts of youth. In accordance with this program, work was organized with a group of Internet addicted youth members. The program of psychological support contained three areas of work: informational, training and individual work with respondents. A training program aimed at increasing the productive use of virtual space has been divided into four meetings with all participants in the format of the webinar. Work on scheduled online consultations was carried out at the following stages: work with problem recognition, problem research, monitoring, promotion, description, provision of new senses. During the experiment, the subjects received forms of feedback and forms of self-report for reflection after training and individual work. The practical value of the study is that the research results can be used in psychology and pedagogy, namely: in the development of scientific recommendations on the use of virtual space by students; in psychological counseling of youths; in the activity of a practical psychologist in the field of assistance to Internet addicts; at diagnostics and assistance in correcting the level of self-actualization and self-actualization for persons of the youth age; developing virtual learning environment systems; in preparing seminars and trainings aimed at the effectiveness of self-actualization, success, promotion of career development of young specialists; when creating scientific virtual communities, sites, pages; with further investigation of the influence of various factors of the virtual environment on the person; when forming the corporate policy of access to Internet resources in the management psychology.
