Levchenko O. Mechanisms of formation of digital participation in public administration

In the dissertation work the theoretical substantiation of mechanisms of digital participation formation in public management is carried out and recommendations concerning their practical implementation are provided. The model of the digital participation ecosystem is proposed for the first time, the essence of which is to establish a joint dialogue between authorities and citizens via digital technologies for ensuring the viability of the country, region, city, district and village. Its practical implementation will be conducted through the three basic mechanisms: regulatory (legitimization of the digital participation process itself from the initial stage of information provision to the decision-making process and partnership in the process of its practical implementation), organizational and supporting (promotion as involvement in decision-making processes, animation – process support, as well as the ability to influence on the participatory product development) and resource-technological (ensuring the availability of proper software and hardware that will facilitate the digital democracy tools creation and development).
